Ask My CRM :
Making CRM Data Accessible to Everyone

“With Ask My CRM, my teams can access data completely on their own. We save time on our analyses and can focus more on optimizing our customer journeys.”

Q

How does the arrival of our agent change the way you work with data and manage your CRM?

R
For me, actually, the key point is data accessibility. It’s always an issue, anyway. I don’t think anyone can avoid it. It really lets you access data quickly and easily. It also empowers teams to take ownership of the issue, which is pretty important. And it lets us reevaluate how we’re using the data. I think it’s a tool that will be a benchmark and let us see “what others are doing”—in quotes, of course, since everything has been anonymized—and it also lets us ask ourselves what we’re doing well and what we’re not doing as well.

Q

What were you able to do with Ask my CRM that you wouldn't have been able to do without it?

R
So far, it's really allowed me to access the data without having to rely on a data analyst, which is still quite important in our industry. As a result, it empowers my teams to handle day-to-day issues and analyses on their own. And that's already a big deal for me.
Q

Can you give an example of a situation where Ask my CRM helped you save time when making a decision?

R
Today, I’m working on optimizing the onboarding process. This is an important phase in CRM, so I figured Ask my CRM could help me. What did we do with it? First, I verified that my standard or very standard use cases were working properly, that there were no gaps in the process, and that I wasn’t experiencing any performance issues with “this onboarding automation.” Next, I made sure the timing and steps of the onboarding process were consistent. We also made minor optimizations to how it’s sent and timed. And finally, the idea—which we haven’t implemented yet, but is what we want to do—was to draw inspiration. We’ve started looking for inspiration, examining what we’re currently missing in our onboarding process and what we’d like to implement and enhance using the knowledg Ask my CRM , which will provide us with valuable insights on the subject.
Q

Ask my CRM Does it help you collaborate across departments with the marketing teams and your management?

R
This is definitely something I'm working on. It's true that I want to share this tool with my team members, but also with management. It's about customer insights, but I'd also like it to become a source of customer intelligence. That would really be a game-changer!
