November has been a month of much work and good contacts, thanks in large part to our participation in the OMWeek CongressThe Congress was held in Madrid on the first day of November and in Barcelona on the last day of the month, and now it is time to strike a balance. As it could not be any other way, Splio participated in both events as Gold Sponsor of the Ecommerce Day, a day focused on discussing the trends and best practices that are being implemented in e-commerce. Tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer más a fondo ejemplares iniciativas españolas e internacionales, y tratar todos los temas que incumben al ecommerce, desde los métodos de pago hasta los canales de captación de clientes más importantes y/o profitables. As always in this type of event, there were more interesting or interesting presentations than others, but in general all the participants valued as positive the experience of being able to compare knowledge about online sales for a whole day, both with the speakers and with other attendees during the networking sessions.

Pero si hubo un tema que no dejo de repetirse ni en las ponencias ni en nuestro stand fueron la multicanalidad y la optimización de la comunicación para móviles a través del responsive design, cada vez más importantes para la venta online. Fernando TamayoFernando Tamayo, our commercial director, participated in the two redundant meetings that took place during the Ecommerce days, and in which he debated on 'How to bring business to your ecommerce? 3 different business models' and 'Similarities and differences in the marketing strategies of the different online business models' respectively. In both conferences, time was spent talking about the importance of email marketing as a powerful tool for generating online traffic and how the latest changes in email providers such as Gmail and Outlook have affected this practice.

En definitiva, una gran jornada para aprender y compartir.
