Splio analyses the new retail returns during the E-show Barcelona

One year later, Splio participated in the eShow Barcelonawhich this year celebrated its 24th edition, presenting its innovative Customer Experience Management solutions in SaaS mode. Between the 16th and 17th of March, this reference trade fair for the ecommerce and digital marketing sector welcomed more than 11,300 visitors, making it the most successful edition to date. In Splio we did not miss our city with the biggest digital business fair in the Spanish world, a meeting point for the professionals of the sector.

En línea con el lema #Transforming Digital Companies del eShow, Fred Marteaudirector de ventas de Splio, habló de los nuevos retos que debe afrontar el sector retail con la llegada de nuevas herramientas, y subrayó la importancia de llevar a cabo una transformación continua de las compañías para adaptarse a los nuevos usos.

 

 

"La evolución es muy rápida y se va a acelerar todavía más, por lo que hoy en día los retailers se tienen que adaptar a la multicanalidad, al offline, al online y tener un recorrido unificado" afirmó Fred Marteau.

Asimismo, Splio participó en la revista oficial del evento con un artículo firmado by Jean Baptiste Boubault, director general of Splio España e Italia, in which he highlighted the importance of retailers placing the customer at the centre of their strategy. A task that with the help of technology and tools such as those offered by Splio, becomes much easier.
