Antoine Parizot and Antoine Scialom appointed co-CEOs to accelerate Splio’s AI-First CRM vision

Paris, June 10, 2025 – Splio, a French scale-up specializing in CRM for the retail and telecom sectors, announces the appointment of Antoine Parizot and Antoine Scialom as co-CEOs.
Previously serving as Chief Product & Tech Officer and Chief Revenue Officer respectively, the two now form a leadership duo and open a new chapter of growth for Splio, built around a bold AI-First CRM vision: CRM is no longer just a tool for activation — it becomes the core of customer intelligence and the orchestration engine for conversations, from email to WhatsApp, from RCS to Instagram. First-party data, combined with predictive and generative AI, now lies at the heart of differentiation and value creation for businesses.
Complementary in both style and substance, Antoine Parizot and Antoine Scialom have worked as a team since 2018.
Antoine Scialom, the business vision: joining Splio in 2017 as Managing Director for France, Antoine Scialom was appointed Managing Director for Europe the following year. With a strong background in retail tech — notably at Proximis (acquired by Planet) — he has driven Splio’s commercial expansion across several key markets, including France, Spain, Italy, China, and the MEA region, growing the company’s revenue from €1 million to €30 million.
Antoine Parizot, the product vision: Antoine Parizot joined Splio in 2018 after seven years at Microsoft. He worked closely with Antoine Scialom to shape the company’s growth strategy as Managing Director France, before being appointed Chief Product & Technology Officer in 2021 amid a strong growth phase. In this role, he has defined and scaled Splio’s product and tech vision in close alignment with customer needs and the company’s development ambition, especially in preparation for future strategic acquisitions. Between 2021 and 2025, Splio’s value proposition has significantly expanded.
"Two years after the acquisition of Tinyclues and following a successful 18-monthconsolidation phase led by Jean-Philippe Baert, Splio is entering a new chapter of growth, driven by strong market traction and a validated vision," says David Bessis, Chairman of the Board at Splio and founder of Tinyclues."I'm very pleased with the appointment of Antoine Parizot and Antoine Scialom. They are the right leaders for this next stage. Their complementary strengths — product strategy and business momentum — bring both solid continuity and renewed energy to the company."
Since its inception, Splio has consistenly stayed one step ahead of the marketing. This ability to anticipate emerging trends and innovate around CRM fundamentals has solidified its position as a visionary player in the industry.
This forward-looking mindset has been clearly reflected in the company’s product roadmap since 2017: early integration of a loyalty engine, the acquisition of Gowento (a pioneer in mobile wallet technology), the development of a CDP, the integration of predictive AI through Tinyclues, and more recently, the addition of generative AI.
All of these technological advances and strategic acquisitions converge around a strong, future-ready CRM vision: enabling personalized customer conversations at scale, in an environment where first-party data becomes a strategic lever for delivering high-impact, conversational experiences. For Splio, the ability to harness this data — combined with predictive intelligence and the rise of conversational channels — is redefining the standards of marketing relevance.
As the result of a two-year convergence strategy, Splio is now launching its new AI-First CRM platform powered by Tinyclues. Built on 20 years of expertise, deep domain knowledge from 500 clients, and a strong ecosystem of partners, the platform is supported by a brand-new technology stack. It natively integrates both Tinyclues’ predictive AI and generative AI, driving significant gains in productivity and performance.
"I'm incredibly proud of the journey we've taken at Splio and excited to begin this new chapter alongside Antoine Scialom on this adventure alongside Antoine Scialom," says Antoine Parizot, co-CEO of Splio. "With a distinctive product vision built to meet the evolution of CRM and AI usage, we’ve developed a platform that marks a true turning point for our clients. They can now fully harness predictive and generative AI while keeping control over their customer marketing — without ever compromising their vision or their role as strategists. "
Splio’s growth strategy is built on three core pillars: a distinctive vision with continuously evolving products, a key ecosystem that drives success for both Splio and its clients, and a strong company culture led by highly committed teams.
To support its geographic expansion into new markets, the company plans to replicate the successful strategy deployed in France, Southern Europe, and the MEA region — leveraging the strength of its ecosystem. By partnering with key regional agencies such as Jakala in Italy and Rocket Digital in Spain, Splio combines their service value with its platform to reinforce local presence and impact.
"I'm thrilled that the partnership i've built with Antoine Parizot is taking on a new dimension. The business–product complementarity we’ve developed over the years has proven beneficial for the company and for our clients. We've faced many challenges together, we trust each other, and now — along with the entire Splio team — we're ready to keep driving the CRM revolution forward!" says Antoine Scialom, co-CEO of Splio.
