When I think about the place where I want to work, I always think that it is possible to find a professional career while surrounded by people who are willing to help. As the person in charge of International Communication, I can confirm that this is the case for Splio!
Working in an international company where you can talk to people from different countries and cultures, learn from others and compare anything that works (or doesn't work) in your country, is the way to grow and improve at all levels. ¡Y eso es genial!
En el tiempo que llevo trabajando en Splio, desde la oficina de Barcelona, he tenido la suerte de poder con alrededor de 50 SplioWomen y 80 SplioMen, todos curiosos, honestos, implicados y tenaces en su trabajo. No importa la posición en la que estén en el organigrama, siempre vas a encontrar personas accesibles y dispuestas a compartir y escuchar. Because this is how people grow and help others to grow (as we do with our clients!).
